Prospective clients start off through scheduling either a free 15 minute consultation or a full 50 minute session.

If scheduling a 15 minute consultation, you will need to email me to make an appointment through my contact form.

To use insurance you will need to see if I accept your plan through my TAVA site.

​

I require a 24 hour cancellation notice and if it is less than 24 hours you will be billed for the whole session, with certain exceptions. 

​

Your intake forms will come through email once you have filled out insurance information on my partner website and all of those must be filled out and submitted before I see you for your session.
